Digne Consult Asia Pacific’s humble beginning in the region started when Frank Kuijsters had his vision set on delivering programs for individuals and organisations to progress in behavioural management 10 years ago!
Frank opened Digne Consult Asia Pacific 10th anniversary celebration at 1-Altitude explaining the origin of the ‘Digne’ in Digne Consult. ‘Digne’ originates from ‘Dignity’, and treating people with dignity was what the founders of Digne Consult aimed to achieve. He continued to share his journey, on how in the past 10 years, Digne Consult Asia Pacific had delivered programs on ‘Productivity & Efficiency’, ‘Customer Satisfaction’, ‘Staying Engaged’, ‘Leadership’ and ‘Cultural Awareness’. Our team has also coached numerous, and those who had their sessions with Frank, will fondly remember his honesty in his feedbacks and his firmness in your action plans.
At the celebration, we also had the honour of H.E. Jacques Werner, Ambassador of The Netherlands to Singapore, sharing his collaboration with Digne Consult and leading the panel discussion on ‘Change and Authenticity’ were our panel of guest speakers, Marcel Smit (Director Asia Pacific at Mapei), Salima Shariff (Head of HR Marketing at Anglo American), Helen Liu (Head of HR Asia at Booking.com) & Jed Tai (Head of Learning Asia Pacific at Facebook).
